PT. BARA KINDO SELARAS
PT. Sulfindo Jaya Makmur established a subsidiary PT. Bara Kindo Selaras, which operates in the coal mining sector. Apart from being involved in coal mining, PT BKS is also involved in the management of stockpiles (crusher plants), port cooperation and coal trading
PT. GEMILANG JAYA MARITIM
PT. Gemilang Jaya Maritim is a subsidiary of PT. Sulfindo Jaya Makmur is engaged in sea transportation services (SIUPAL), which will support coal shipments for the group but does not rule out the possibility for outside parties as well.
CV. RIZKY
PT. Sulfindo Jaya Makmur conducted a joint operation with CV. RIZKY. PT. SJM have shareholding 15% of shares CV. RIZKY. Currently CV. Rizky owns a quartz sand mine which is located in Desa Telang Baru, East Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan and own coal concession which is located in Desa Raren, Barito Timur, Central Kalimantan.

PT. Sulfindo Jaya Makmur also have 52% share in PT. Tunggal Mulia Banua Jaya with iup-op permission located in Gunung Bintang Awai district, Barito Selatan regency, Central Kalimantan province, close to the PT. Global Electra
PT. ANUGERAH SULTHAN BARITO
PT. Anugerah Sulthan Barito is a subsidiary of PT. Sulfindo Jaya Makmur operates in the field of cargo handling/loading and unloading services (SIUPBM) which will support the process of handling coal loading and unloading and managing stock files at ports.
